Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
• Develop local strategies and business plans in collaboration with Commercial Business Directors
• Capitalize on formulary approvals and implement Strategic Targeting Plans
• Provide special education to healthcare providers within ethical guidelines
• Coordinate selling efforts with other Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of professional pharmaceutical sales experience or related scientific/clinical/healthcare experience
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to learn and convey complex information

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the medical, healthcare, or pharmacy industry
• Experience calling on Respiratory Specialists such as Pulmonologists and Allergists
• Experience calling on health systems and large group practices
• Respiratory sales experience
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
