Responsibilities

- Create tailored customer experiences based on specific account and healthcare provider needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative approaches to sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience within the healthcare ecosystem (pharmaceutical, scientific, clinical, or institutional).
- Proven experience in account planning and/or managing complex reimbursement models.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology or rare disease therapeutic areas.
- Strong proficiency in business planning, account management, and data analytics.
- Ability to leverage innovative technology to enhance ways of working.
- Experience engaging with senior healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
