Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines
• Effectively communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals
• Analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans to address patient access challenges
• Create tailored customer experiences based on specific account and healthcare provider needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative sales and engagement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of demonstrated sales or commercial experience within the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience in account planning and/or managing complex reimbursement models
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oncology or rare disease therapeutic areas
• Proven expertise in highly specialized therapeutic areas
• Strong background in business planning and account management
• Proficiency in using data insights and analytics to drive sales performance
• Experience establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions
