Senior Petrochemical Shutdown Preparer

Responsibilities

• Analyze intervention needs for static equipment including exchangers, columns, tanks, piping, and pressure vessels
• Conduct field visits and technical surveys to define work scopes and preparation sequences
• Draft work dossiers, operating procedures, and lists of required materials and spare parts
• Prepare prevention plans and risk analyses to ensure site safety
• Coordinate shutdown work planning with maintenance, inspection, and production teams
• Consult and monitor subcontracted companies during interventions
• Ensure technical follow-up during shutdowns and maintain strict adherence to QHSE requirements
• Participate in post-shutdown feedback and lessons learned (REX) sessions

Requirements

• Technical diploma (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, boilermaking, or inspection (Bac +5/Engineer degree is also accepted)
• Significant experience in industrial shutdown preparation or static equipment maintenance
• Strong knowledge of pressure equipment, piping, and boilermaking
• Proficiency in CMMS (GMAO) and planning tools
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work effectively in the field
