Senior Performance Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, prioritize, and orchestrate strategic initiatives for Retail Banking to ensure effective execution and alignment.
• Advise and support execution teams in structuring initiatives, validating business cases, and defining key performance indicators.
• Design and implement governance models, including roles, responsibilities, and control mechanisms for initiative execution.
• Standardize monitoring and reporting mechanisms such as KPIs, OKRs, and management dashboards to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate end-to-end follow-up of initiatives, managing stakeholders and dependencies to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Lead the implementation of specific strategies that contribute to the achievement of Retail Banking objectives.
• Promote a high-performance, data-driven culture while adhering to the Bank's risk management and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or specialization in Administration or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Strategy, Planning, Finance, and Project Development.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and intermediate proficiency in Power BI.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
