Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital media outlets
• Manage campaigns to meet client ROI goals and respond rapidly to optimization suggestions
• Perform continuous analysis of performance and report on digital campaign metrics
• Efficiently manage budgets across all advertising engines and campaigns
• Craft eye-catching PPC text ads and implement continuous A/B testing
• Report on key performance indicators, lead generation initiatives, Cost Per Lead, and projected spend

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and Google AdWords Editor
• Strong experience with Google Analytics
• Expertise in keyword research, campaign buildout, and ad creation
• Extensive experience in bid management and lead generation
• Vast experience with the Google Content Network and Display Advertising
• Proven knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies
