Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital media outlets
• Manage campaigns to meet client ROI goals and respond rapidly to optimization suggestions
• Perform continuous analysis of performance and report on digital campaign metrics
• Efficiently manage budgets across all advertising engines and campaigns
• Craft eye-catching PPC text ads and implement continuous A/B testing
• Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, including Cost Per Lead and spend projections

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
• Expertise in Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor, and Google Analytics
• Proven experience in keyword research, campaign buildout, and ad creation
• Strong background in A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation
• Extensive experience with the Google Content Network and Display Advertising
• Deep knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies
