Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing campaigns for affiliate programs, media networks, and emerging platforms
• Continuously test new channels, partners, and creative formats to expand reach
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and measure results to optimize ROI
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple campaigns
• Partner with creative and brand teams to brief and refine ad assets
• Report on campaign performance and channel mix to stakeholders

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing
• Direct ownership of paid social channels (Meta, Snap, TikTok preferred)
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV
• Proficiency with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement tools
• Strong communication skills to translate insights into business impact
• Experience in insurance or fintech is a plus
