About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels like Reddit.
  • Localize global paid social strategies for the Mexico and Canada markets, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with local buyer behavior.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, creative briefing, ad trafficking, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creative, bidding strategies, and messaging.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing Ops to build integrated campaigns and ensure proper attribution and CRM integration.
  • Manage budget tracking and pacing, providing regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social with expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV.
  • Proven experience managing paid social budgets specifically within the Mexico and/or Canada markets.
  • Proficiency with platform-native tools such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS products and a deep understanding of B2B sales funnels.
  • Technical familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Skilled in implementing tracking tags via Google Tag Manager and understanding first-party data strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across all company segments (Commercial, Mid-Market, Enterprise) in the Americas.
  • Deep understanding of B2B attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey.
  • Familiarity with CTV buying strategies and programmatic social solutions.
