Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of large-scale datasets from digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Design measurement frameworks and learning agendas aligned with business strategies
• Conduct attribution modeling and customer journey analysis
• Analyze website and digital performance including traffic, engagement, and conversion funnels
• Monitor key metrics such as Cost Per Account, Lifetime Value, and ROAS
• Execute A/B testing strategies and multivariate experiments
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for C-suite executives
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Strategy

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, etc.)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
