About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end search program, including account structure, campaign taxonomy, bidding strategy, and budget pacing.
  • Architect Performance Max and core Search campaigns using modern best practices like RSA and DSA.
  • Leverage platform AI and custom automation (scripts/API) for query mapping, asset generation, and anomaly detection.
  • Pilot and productionize LLM-powered workflows for keyword expansion and ad copy ideation.
  • Design and execute a rigorous testing framework using geo-splits, incrementality tests, and audience match tests.
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to implement enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports, and robust tagging.
  • Optimize toward high-intent primary actions and implement value rules aligned with efficient CAC.
  • Coordinate with SEO and Social teams to build a unified query universe and harmonize SERP strategy.
  • Manage Google and Microsoft relationships, prioritizing betas and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience operating and scaling paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Deep expertise in modern search strategies, including broad match, Smart Bidding, and audience targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation, including platform AI features, scripts, APIs, or LLM-assisted workflows.
  • Proficiency in experimentation and measurement, including geo-experiments and incrementality testing.
  • Data fluency with GTM, GA4, and BI dashboards; SQL is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of migrating to higher-intent optimization and tying media spend to downstream business impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, proptech, or performance-driven consumer brands.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer/AI Engine Optimization), and Social Search mechanics.
  • Experience with feed management and landing page experimentation.
