Senior Performance Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee core performance management processes, including annual review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback practices.
• Serve as the senior functional lead for Workday talent and performance processes, defining business requirements and driving system optimization.
• Own and enhance complex performance management workflows, standards, and governance practices to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Develop enterprise-facing communications, toolkits, guides, and training materials to improve process adoption.
• Analyze process outcomes, participation trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify root causes and recommend enhancements.
• Advise HR and business leaders on performance management practices and readiness considerations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to program enhancements, tool implementations, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 5 years of related experience in performance management, talent management, HR operations, or HR technology.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience using Workday.
• Expertise in performance management frameworks, goal-setting, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to influence leaders and partners.
