Senior Performance Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the organization's performance management cycle, including goal setting and annual evaluations
• Monitor the quality and completion of performance evaluations across all business functions
• Support managers in setting measurable objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning and development plans
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives
• Support the implementation of organization development initiatives, including competency development
• Develop and maintain performance and learning dashboards using HR data and business intelligence tools
• Ensure compliance with performance management and learning policies and procedures

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development
• Proven experience managing end-to-end performance management cycles
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, competency frameworks, and employee development practices
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluating training effectiveness
• Proficiency in HRIS, Performance Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience facilitating sessions and presenting to business stakeholders
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or CPTD
