About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Support managers in defining measurable objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning and development plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain comprehensive employee learning records.
- Support organization development initiatives, including competency frameworks and career development programs.
- Develop HR dashboards and analyze metrics related to performance, learning, and organizational capability.
- Ensure compliance with performance management policies and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
- Strong knowledge of KPI development, competency frameworks, and performance management methodologies.
- Proven experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinating learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Performance Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or CPTD.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience facilitating sessions and presenting to business stakeholders.
