Senior Performance Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
• Support managers in defining measurable objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning and development plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain comprehensive employee learning records.
• Support organization development initiatives, including competency frameworks and career development programs.
• Develop HR dashboards and analyze metrics related to performance, learning, and organizational capability.
• Ensure compliance with performance management policies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, competency frameworks, and performance management methodologies.
• Proven experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinating learning initiatives.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Performance Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or CPTD.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience facilitating sessions and presenting to business stakeholders.
