Responsibilities
- Translate Suno's brand identity into paid social creative that drives growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Own the full branded creative pipeline, including concepting, producing, and iterating on static and motion assets
- Build and maintain a creative roadmap for testing and scaling content
- Partner with the performance marketing team to use data and channel feedback as creative inputs
- Use AI tools to extend creative output and develop scalable production processes
- Help shape the first impressions of the next generation of creators
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing design experience, specifically in paid social media advertising
- Portfolio demonstrating both craft and taste in static and motion performance creative
- Experience at a marketing/advertising agency or a high-growth B2C/DTC company
- Hybrid graphic and motion design skills with strong animation capability
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
- Deep understanding of paid social hooks, formats, and platform conventions
- Ability to internalize and evolve a brand's visual identity
- Eligibility to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (generative image, video, or copy)
- Background in music, entertainment, or creator-focused consumer products
- Experience managing or mentoring junior creative contributors
