Senior People & Talent Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees through employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Coach managers on effective performance management and corrective actions
• Administer People & Talent plans, including onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop solutions for business challenges
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws
• Maintain human resource information system (HRIS) records and compile reports
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to support overall People & Talent strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources working with client groups as a Generalist or Business Partner
• Exceptional knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, DOL, and FMLA
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field of study
• Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
