Senior People Strategy Partner

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage cross-functional deep-dives and special projects issued by the SVP People & Talent, covering areas such as recruitment, cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, and M&A.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project roles, negotiate timelines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and update materials for business reviews, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks, and dependencies.
• Act as a sounding board for project teams to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor and ensure the overall health of the organization.
• Work across functions to scale initiatives and processes required for a high-growth, publicly traded company environment.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of professional experience, preferably within a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or financial services.
• Background in people strategy or experience working within a high-growth environment.
