Senior People Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced transactional HR support and advisory services for complex Tier 2 cases across the MEA region (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE & Gulf, and Kenya).
• Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers, offering coaching on HR procedures, policies, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR transactions and cases using ServiceNow and Workday, escalating complex issues to Tier 3 specialists or Centers of Excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including work instructions, process maps, and knowledge articles.
• Support local onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and accurate employee file management.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global teams to deploy local policies and support compensation and benefits cycles.
• Perform quality audits and peer reviews to ensure service excellence and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR specialist or people services role.
• High proficiency in Workday and other HR technology platforms.
• Strong data management and analysis skills, with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
