Senior People Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end People programs, including performance management, engagement surveys, and internal talent movement.
• Manage project delivery by building and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Operationalize programs by establishing governance, documentation, and repeatable playbooks/SOPs.
• Create scalable resources such as process guides, FAQs, templates, and manager communications.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and compliance experts to ensure programs align with local statutory and data privacy requirements in India.
• Maintain and analyze People data through reporting, data audits, and dashboards to track program health.
• Serve as the India execution lead for globally owned People programs, localizing requirements and coordinating stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR/People Programs, People Operations, or People Project Management.
• Hands-on experience delivering cross-functional projects or recurring HR cycles (e.g., performance reviews, system rollouts).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Planner.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and HR data analysis.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with People systems such as Workday (HRIS), Greenhouse, or Ashby (ATS).
• Exposure to India compliance topics, including statutory processes and audits.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
