About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Partner for the Philippines, aligning people strategy with business goals
- Drive retention and implement data-informed interventions to reduce attrition
- Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal setting and talent planning
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers and senior leaders on organizational design and engagement
- Manage complex employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Own full-cycle recruiting for the region, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and leverage data to generate people insights
- Build employer brand presence in-region through candidate experience and community engagement
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a People Partner or Senior People Partner role
- Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience is mandatory
- Experience supporting international teams, with direct experience in the Philippines strongly preferred
- Proven track record in performance management, talent planning, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice) and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
