About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary people partner for Product and Engineering leaders, translating business context into people decisions.
- Coach and develop managers to build high-performing teams and effective leadership habits.
- Drive end-to-end performance management cycles, including calibrations, feedback, and growth conversations.
- Own organizational health by proactively tracking attrition signals, engagement trends, and team dynamics.
- Partner with the broader People team on compensation cycles, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
- Collaborate with technical recruiters to support hiring plans and ensure a smooth transition from headcount decision to offer.
- Utilize AI to build repeatable workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting technical organizations (Engineering, Product, or similar).
- Experience managing at least one direct report with a track record of developing talent.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic points of view.
- Experience working in a high-growth company environment.
- Ability to operate both strategically at the leadership level and hands-on with execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a fintech, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS company.
- Exposure to People Analytics tools or experience pulling data directly from an HRIS.
- Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid headcount growth.
