Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda for the finance function globally, partnering with the CFO on org design, workforce planning, and headcount decisions
• Proactively identify organizational challenges and capability gaps
• Drive performance calibration and coach leaders through difficult conversations
• Support leaders navigating significant growth and scale
• Manage complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics
• Act as the primary connection between the finance function and the wider People organization

Requirements

• Background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior finance or operational leadership
• Deep experience in org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, and ER
• Ability to build structure from scratch with a strong bias toward action
• Solid working knowledge of New York employment law
• Multi-jurisdictional experience across the US and EMEA is a plus
