Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders as the primary People contact for performance, team dynamics, and management challenges
- Drive performance and accountability by coaching managers through difficult conversations and expectation setting
- Manage employee relations (ER) cases end-to-end across multiple markets
- Design and implement people programs including onboarding, career frameworks, manager training, and culture initiatives
- Provide dedicated People partnering for US and EU employees
- Help shape and scale the People function as the company grows
Requirements
- Experience in high-growth, scaling companies where People functions are being built
- Proven track record of managing performance and employee relations cases end-to-end
- Experience designing people programs from scratch
- Commercial credibility with the ability to partner with senior executives (CRO, CPO, Founders)
- Working knowledge of US and UK/EU employment law and practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and context-switch effectively across teams
