Senior People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders and senior stakeholders to drive the business agenda.
• Manage organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on people development, career progression, and identifying critical role needs.
• Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases in a timely and legally sound manner.
• Partner with EMEA Centers of Excellence to execute annual HR cycles, including compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
• Improve the employee experience by enhancing existing HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a global corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, contracts, and negotiation practices.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, particularly regarding complex compensation structures.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, international business culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
