Senior People Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support and guidance to globally dispersed teams, specifically focusing on Customer Excellence and Sales functions.
• Champion "The Conga Way" culture through day-to-day interactions and colleague engagement.
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Facilitate and execute programs designed to drive colleague experience, growth, and productivity.
• Identify training needs, evaluate development programs, and monitor employee performance.
• Develop scalable solutions for organizational challenges using data-driven insights and existing processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Proven experience in performance management, career development, and talent assessment.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decisions through data and expertise.
• Experience working within a global or highly distributed organizational structure.
