About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract issuance, status changes, and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare and verify accurate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and adjustments to ensure error-free monthly processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs, specifically managing group medical insurance renewals, enrollments, and claims troubleshooting.
- Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS to ensure data integrity and provide accurate reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, managing social insurance registrations, filings, and interactions with the labor office.
- Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and operational workflows to reflect current legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience managing mandatory social insurance programs and labor office procedures.
- Extensive experience administering group medical insurance policies.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
