About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies
- Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change
- Support the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and exits
- Advise on compensation philosophy, pay equity, and market benchmarking
- Use people data and AI tools to identify trends and improve workflows
- Drive scalable people programs aligned with core values
- Partner on talent planning, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal on compliance
Requirements
- 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role
- Experience scaling organizations from early stage to growth
- Strong manager coaching and employee relations experience
- Analytical mindset with experience using people data and dashboards
- Proficiency with AI tools and emerging HR technology
- Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
