Senior People Operations Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and organizational change
• Support the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and exits
• Advise on compensation philosophy, pay equity, and market benchmarking
• Use people data and AI tools to identify trends and improve workflows
• Drive scalable people programs aligned with core values
• Partner on talent planning, workforce planning, and organizational design
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal on compliance

Requirements

• 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role
• Experience scaling organizations from early stage to growth
• Strong manager coaching and employee relations experience
• Analytical mindset with experience using people data and dashboards
• Proficiency with AI tools and emerging HR technology
• Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance
• Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
