About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leadership to shape and execute people strategies across six U.S. Polymer Solutions sites.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead end-to-end talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement through coaching and leadership capability building.
  • Oversee People governance and operational leadership, including payroll, HR budgets, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Manage complex change initiatives such as restructurings, workforce transitions, and business integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining a culture of inclusion.
  • Travel approximately 25% to various U.S. sites to maintain leadership presence and relationship consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in an international manufacturing sector or similar industry.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience working as a Business Partner in generalist human resources roles.
  • Proven experience working in a multi-site environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of US Human Resources legislation and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

  • SHRM or HRCI accreditation.
