Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with leadership to drive the people agenda
• Provide expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters
• Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Lead the talent management cycle, including performance, compensation, and leadership development
• Execute People & Culture projects to drive organizational success
• Utilize data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to address hiring needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR/People Business Partnering role within the Technology or Enterprise Software sector
• Extensive experience partnering with engineering and product leaders
• Ability to align People & Culture initiatives with business objectives
• Practical hands-on approach with understanding of employee engagement
• Experience navigating rapid and complex work environments
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills at all levels
• Proficiency in data-driven analysis and problem-solving
• Demonstrated project and program management expertise
