Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with leadership to drive the people agenda
- Provide expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters
- Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Lead the talent management cycle, including performance, compensation, and leadership development
- Execute People & Culture projects to drive organizational success
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to address hiring needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR/People Business Partnering role within the Technology or Enterprise Software sector
- Extensive experience partnering with engineering and product leaders
- Ability to align People & Culture initiatives with business objectives
- Practical hands-on approach with understanding of employee engagement
- Experience navigating rapid and complex work environments
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills at all levels
- Proficiency in data-driven analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrated project and program management expertise
