Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted People Business Partner to assigned business groups, building strong relationships with leaders and employees
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and role clarity
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, communication, and team leadership effectiveness
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, issue resolution, and risk assessment
• Leverage People data and trends to identify insights, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and People Operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
• Experience in a technology or high-growth environment
