Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leadership
• Own the full lifecycle of People initiatives including Talent Management, L&D, and Engagement
• Manage compensation, performance cycles, and employee relations
• Leverage metrics and feedback loops to identify trends and propose solutions
• Guide teams through organizational shifts and change management
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance

Requirements

• Deep background as a People BP in high-growth tech startups or IaaS/SaaS
• Strong practical knowledge of French employment law
• Proven experience managing relations with the Comité Social et Économique (CSE)
• Experience building culture in remote or hybrid environments
• Track record of leading transformative People projects
• Exceptional English communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in French and English
• Experience working in a globally distributed setting

• Technical literacy regarding cloud infrastructure or developer tools
