Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and lead workforce planning strategies across multiple levels of Operations leadership
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders from Director to VP level
• Drive people analytics and storytelling to influence executive decisions
• Lead talent management processes including succession planning and calibration
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design and execute scaling staffing strategies
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and provide defensible recommendations
• Partner with Legal on employment litigation and regulatory matters
• Translate business insights into retention and engagement strategies
• Coach and develop leaders on building inclusive, high-performing teams
• Oversee compensation and total rewards programs including salary planning and equity cycles
• Champion compliance with company policy and federal, state, and local laws
• Mentor and develop junior People team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
• At least 3 years supporting senior or executive-level leaders
• Experience building and delivering People Strategy to VP level and above
• Expertise in organizational design and development
• Experience with multi-state employers and large hourly or field-based populations
• Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Experience resolving sophisticated employee relations matters
• Strong executive presence and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail industry experience
