Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site HR contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance on policies, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Coach leaders on effective people management, communication, and engagement strategies
• Partner with plant leadership to translate business goals into actionable workforce plans
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support the full hiring lifecycle for plant roles, including interviewing and onboarding
• Partner with Talent & Learning teams to implement performance reviews, development programs, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
• Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and documentation
• Drive process improvements to enhance onsite HR service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain environments preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong ability to build trust, influence leaders, and navigate fast-paced environments
