Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant and advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business priorities
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Act as a trusted resource for managers and employees on complex employee relations matters
• Drive initiatives to strengthen culture, employee experience, and retention
• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and support career development, performance management, and leadership capability
• Coach managers on building high-performing, inclusive teams
• Support organizational transformation and change initiatives
• Champion JetZero’s values and ensure they are embedded in people processes
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience
• At least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and employment law
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or high-growth technology industries
