Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and employees to advise on performance management, career pathing, compensation, and organizational development
• Coach management on employee relations, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to design and implement programs that enhance the employee experience
• Provide data-driven analysis and consulting to leadership to drive informed people decisions
• Handle complex global employee relations issues and implement best practices
• Mentor and develop HR Generalists while working within a global People Business Partner team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, preferably within fast-growing technology companies
• Proven ability to pivot between high-level strategic program implementation and granular day-to-day operational needs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in HRIS (Workday experience is a plus)
• Extensive experience in employee relations and knowledge of global employment practices
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels of an organization
