Responsibilities
- Drive organizational impact through a consistent on-site presence and proactive engagement with leaders and stakeholders
- Co-create people and talent strategies including attraction, engagement, development, coaching, and retention
- Serve as a trusted advisor to anticipate needs and recommend solutions
- Act as a bridge between business leaders and People Ops teams such as Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition
- Coach managers and leaders 1:1 to help them hit commitments and deliver feedback
- Design and drive talent initiatives to improve processes and the employee experience
- Track performance against key talent metrics to inform data-driven decisions
- Lead large-scale change management within assigned departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in Operations Leadership, Talent Development, OD, HR, or Training
- 2+ years partnering with senior leaders on talent initiatives and coaching managers
- Experience with HR tech (Workday experience is a bonus)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Willingness to travel 25–35% of the time to support field locations
- Proficiency in English
