About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to identify critical workforce questions and deliver data-driven insights
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics dashboards, reporting, and visualizations for senior leadership
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear, compelling narratives that inform talent and organizational decisions
  • Drive data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives across the People function
  • Identify trends and risks across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, mobility, and workforce planning
  • Develop scalable analytics solutions to improve self-service reporting and reduce manual effort
  • Apply advanced analytical methods, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to generate forward-looking insights
  • Mentor junior team members and help elevate analytics capability across the broader People organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or a closely related field
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
  • Strong experience working with People data, metrics, and reporting across HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with statistical methods, predictive analytics, and workforce planning approaches
  • Experience with data governance and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
