About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with People leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to identify critical workforce questions and deliver data-driven insights
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics dashboards, reporting, and visualizations for senior leadership
- Translate complex workforce data into clear, compelling narratives that inform talent and organizational decisions
- Drive data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives across the People function
- Identify trends and risks across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, mobility, and workforce planning
- Develop scalable analytics solutions to improve self-service reporting and reduce manual effort
- Apply advanced analytical methods, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to generate forward-looking insights
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate analytics capability across the broader People organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or a closely related field
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Strong experience working with People data, metrics, and reporting across HR systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with statistical methods, predictive analytics, and workforce planning approaches
- Experience with data governance and process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
