Senior Pega Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega application development
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC, BPM platform, and related tools
• Ensure adherence to Pega architecture and design principles throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and support of Pega applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Pega PRPC-based solutions
• Demonstrated experience in architectural design and developing reusable enterprise rules
• Proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, database tuning, and client-side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Experience integrating Pega with other systems using SOAP/HTTP, Web Services, and various listeners
• Current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
• Experience working effectively in an agile environment
