Senior Pega Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega application development
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC, BPM platform, and related tools
• Ensure adherence to Pega architecture and design principles throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and understand business needs
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and support of Pega applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Pega PRPC-based solutions
• Current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA-P1) certification
• Demonstrated experience in an architectural or leadership capacity designing reusable enterprise rules
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Object-Oriented concepts, PL/SQL, and database tuning
• Experience with client-side technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Proven expertise integrating Pega with other systems using SOAP/HTTP, Web Services, and various listeners (MQ, JMS, File, Email)
• Strong experience working within an Agile methodology
