Senior PCA Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams and manage the activities of supporting teams and internal development partners
• Oversee the logistics of parts for builds and prototypes across multiple simultaneous projects
• Develop and direct project schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
• Drive innovation and the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into manufacturing and engineering processes
• Manage program compliance, maintenance, and safety practices for new and existing equipment
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
• Implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to roadmaps

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of professional work experience
• Proven experience in engineering development and implementation
• Expertise in project planning tools, software packages, and project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban principles
• Proficiency with JIRA and other project management software
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes
• Background in New Product Development (NPD) and Risk Management
