Senior PCA Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to a team of subordinate managers and individual contributors
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on organizational policies and long-term goals
• Guide the team towards established vision and strategy for electronic and hardware solutions
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet goals, timelines, and budgets
• Engage with program managers, marketing, supply chain, and executives to influence strategic decision-making
• Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers regarding quality, schedules, and costs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in alignment with business strategy
• Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, and career development

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of job-related experience
• 8-10 years of management experience
• Expertise in electrical design, hardware architecture, and electronic hardware tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages
• Experience with MATLAB, FPGA, and schematic capture
• Strong knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) design and systems design
• Expertise in new product development and hardware debugging
