Responsibilities
- Execute and ensure the quality of the integral payroll process
- Analyze and validate tax calculations associated with payroll
- Manage affiliation movements before IMSS (hires, terminations, and salary modifications) via IDSE
- Determine, review, and reconcile employer-employee quotas through SUA
- Validate INFONAVIT and FONACOT discounts and credits
- Control disabilities, work risks, and related processes
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations
Requirements
- Professional degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields
- More than 3 years of specialized experience in payroll
- Mastery of tools and processes including SUA, IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT
