Senior Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel administration and ensure data accuracy in all HR systems
• Manage time registration and attendance systems and resolve issues
• Process payroll correctly and timely
• Analyze and correct discrepancies and prepare monthly reporting
• Act as the primary contact for payroll, social legislation, and time registration queries
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
• Monitor changes in social, fiscal, and labor legislation
• Participate in audits and optimize workflows to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll or HR administration
• Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Thorough knowledge of Belgian social and labor legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., eBlox, Protime, Workday)
