Senior Payroll Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist partner schools with payroll processes and HR operations (admissions, terminations, leaves, vacations, etc.)
• Join the new business structure team
• Identify necessary improvements for processes and the new payroll/HR solution for educational institutions
• Support product and data teams with technical payroll and HR knowledge
• Communicate with clients using influence and active listening to incorporate learnings into the solution

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR processes and payroll calculation/closing
• Experience with e-Social and other government systems
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Domínio or Alterdata
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple schools simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team
• Sense of urgency, responsibility, and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing HR for schools
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (CCTs) for teachers and school professionals
• Familiarity with the Domínio system
