Senior Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate monthly and bi-weekly payroll processes, including staff settlements.
• Calculate and verify legal benefits such as gratifications, vacations, CTS, provisions, and judicial mandates.
• Manage declarations and payments for PDT, PLAME, and AFPNet before regulatory entities (SUNAT, ESSALUD, AFP).
• Register and validate accounting entries derived from payroll processes.
• Manage payment disbursements, certified pay stubs, and follow up on payroll-related accounts receivable.
• Calculate and manage temporary disability subsidies and other applicable benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to the Associate Executive in charge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll or compensation processes.
• Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation (CTS, gratifications, AFP/ONP/ESSALUD, PLAME, T-Registro).
• Proficiency in payroll ERP systems and declaration tools (PDT, AFPNet).
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and basic macros.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools such as VBA or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of labor accounting and provision reconciliations.
• Basic proficiency in Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Basic level of English.
