Senior Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll calculation processes and personnel administration for large-scale clients
• Execute and supervise the end-to-end payroll process
• Provide high-quality outsourcing services within the EY Abogados Payroll department
• Support client needs through personalized attention and expert advisory

Requirements

• Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, or a similar field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in payroll management
• Fluent English language skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
