Senior Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage authorized payroll movements to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Review and verify correct user registration for payroll processing
• Input transfers and promotions into the payroll system
• Manage the termination process, including severance and final settlement calculations
• Calculate weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles
• Distribute payroll receipts to active personnel
• Import bank account information for payroll disbursement

Requirements

• Completed degree or student status in Administration or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll functions
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Fe, CDMX
• Must reside in Mexico
