PathAI is on a mission to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. We are transforming traditional pathology methods into powerful, new technologies to accelerate drug development and improve diagnostic accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Pathology subject matter expert collaborating with Lab Ops, Clin Ops, Biopharma customer teams, and machine learning scientists
• Collaborate with Biopharma partners on exploratory biomarker, translational projects, and clinical services work
• Act as Pathology lead to recommend scoring approaches, select KOL Pathologists, and provide training to clinical trial study readers
• Represent PathAI in meetings with Biopharma customers and KOLs, as well as at Congresses
• Ensure quality of annotations from the PathAI Contributor Network and compliance across all programs
• Provide subject matter expertise for new product development and assist in the deployment and review of machine learning models
• Contribute to scientific publications

Requirements

• US board certification in anatomic pathology
• Expertise in immunohistochemistry and biomarker assessment (e.g., Her2, PDL1)
• Experience in digital pathology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in translational research, immuno-oncology, and biomarker development
• Fellowship subspecialty training
