Senior Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a performance-driven partnership ecosystem including influencers, creators, and affiliates
• Manage and lead a small team to execute partnership visions and maintain high standards
• Negotiate smart deals and manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from brief to reporting
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare and science-adjacent experts and a Scientific Advisory Board
• Oversee tracking and attribution using UTMs, GA4, and affiliate links to ensure measurable ROAS and CAC
• Optimize partnership spend to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or partnerships
• Proven track record in managing creators and driving measurable revenue
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Klear, GRIN, or Shopify Affiliates
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, D2C, or eCommerce is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in women's health or highly regulated wellness categories
• Ability to translate scientific insight into compliant, consumer-facing content
