Senior Partnership Operations Manager, adiClub

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of adiClub partner offers, from setup planning and feasibility assessment to launch readiness and implementation.
• Translate partnership concepts into executable offer setups using internal platforms and tools.
• Act as an operational sparring partner for the Partnerships team, advising on best practices, risks, and scalable activation approaches.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across partner brands, adidas markets, CRM, product, and digital teams.
• Oversee timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
• Create and improve scalable processes, templates, and checklists to increase efficiency across markets.
• Ensure quality control through testing, troubleshooting, and validating setups before they go live.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, marketing, digital management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in partnerships, loyalty, digital operations, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex activations and structure ambiguity into clear operational plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across different functions and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and performance monitoring.
• Experience working with CMS-like tools, digital platforms, or operational systems.
• High attention to detail and a focus on quality control and risk mitigation.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
